Laziz Global Sdn Bhd (LAZIZ) is a food processing company based in Pahang, Malaysia. We focus on the state's traditional dishes. Dishes such as Sambal Hitam and Ikan Patin Tempoyak were once found only in village kitchens and local eateries.

Our mission is to turn these dishes into consistent, safe and portable branded products without compromising their original taste. Every product starts from a heritage recipe, then is processed and packaged for today's markets.

LAZIZ is led by Saharuddin Ahmad, Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director. We connect local producers, communities and Pahang's supply chain with consumers across Malaysia and beyond.

Sambal Hitam

Sambal Hitam is the iconic sambal of western Pahang. We make it from a recipe passed down through generations, with a thick texture and balanced flavour. It keeps at room temperature and goes well with rice, lemang, ketupat, porridge and many other dishes.

Leadership

Saharuddin Ahmad

Chief Executive Officer & Managing Director

Saharuddin Ahmad is an entrepreneur born and raised in Pahang. He holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Universiti Malaysia Pahang Al-Sultan Abdullah and a Diploma in Occupational Therapy from UiTM. He is also Managing Director of Bukit Sena Resources Sdn Bhd.

For a decade, from 2016 to 2026, he was active in the youth movement, including as President of the Pahang State Youth Council. That experience strengthens LAZIZ's commitment to communities and young entrepreneurs.
